It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 10-15 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 15-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Shipping time is only about 3-4 business days, with 1-2 business days handling time. So after you place your order it should arrive within a total of 4-6 business days. Orders sent with EMS (to remote areas without a DHL facility) can take up to two weeks.

Yes, of course. If we shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, we will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with us.
